Endless Summer taco truck (Williamsburg Bedford Ave. and N. 6th Street sometimes on N. 7th St.)

So I heard about a taco truck in Williamsburg and when I got there I find two pinche gringos running the operation... I know I’m shocked too! But I have to say they serve a good braised beef taco. The meat is tender and shredded, and they don’t over do it with the toppings. Their green salsa was not too spicy and not to soft it was perfect.

Spanglish word of the day: "Cheese" - I was at a bar and some vato try to dance with my vieja and I told him that cheese with me.

I've heard those tacos are pretty good, but you have to watch out for teams of brightly clad youngsters who will mob you, make you listen to MGMT and steal your taco. They don't cheese with you being in their neighborhood.

Thank you for this. Being one of those brightly clad youngsters, who lives not too far from the neighborhood, I can't wait to hop over and try some of these tacos.

Perhaps my favorite thing about this truck, next to the rather decent food, is the truck's logo, styled after Black Flag's four bar by filling in the bars with a waving Mexican flag.

@ j... pretty inconsistent, then we must revolt and demand consistency! maybe they should hire me as quality control manager! As for Union Pool tacos (aka Tacos El Diablo), the times I've been there I haven't been able to sample a taco!!
